Wall Yoga - Iyengar based Yoga against the wall. Taking Yoga to a new level of challenging one's center and muscles. Build upper body quicker by using the wall for gravity defying asana.

Barry Method (Iyengar Reformer) - A dual combination of Iyengar based Yoga and Pilate's on a gravity gliding system. From professional athletes to muscular dystrophy, Barry Method is a new innovative program that will get your body in shape faster than any traditional fitness program available.

Below are just a few of our unique yoga and Pilate's poses against the wall and on our reformer (gravity sliding system).

At Healthy Fit Studio, no two classes are alike. Learn new poses each month to build, heal and restore you body to optimum health.

Visualization of the Sixth Chakra/Third Eye

You are resting in the Savasana, Corpse pose. Your eyes are closed and you are beginning to feel the weight of your body. You’re feeling the heaviness of your body resting on the ground. Your head, shoulders, hands, torso, legs and feet are pressing into the earth. Your breath is slow and steady. Nothing with purpose just spontaneous. We are entering into the sixth Chakra, The third eye. The color is indigo and the qualities to the sixth chakras is inner vision, intuition, insight, imagination and peace of mind.
You are resting underneath a deep dark indigo sky. It’s evening. The air is still and your mind is still. Your body is resting on the warm soft sand and you hear the water gently pressing to and fro from the shore, it is peaceful and calming. The sky is a midnight blue and you can see the stars dispersed throughout the dark midnight sky, it is stunning and you are in awe.
Your body, it’s still very calm and heavy. You feel so confident and your vision is so clear. Clearer than it has ever been before. You are in the sixth Chakras which involves visions, aspirations and purpose. You know and understand you have a purpose, we all have a purpose and you are believing your purpose is becoming clearer and clearer. The sky is so vast and the stars are so bright. If you were to look for the brightest star in the sky believe your vision is as obvious as that star. It’s becoming clearer and with understanding. You feel so small in this vast openness. The universe is so majestic and you are a part of it.
You feel like you belong and that you are one with the earth. Your body is wrapped into the deep blue sky. It’s all making sense, you are beginning to see how you belong, how you connect to the universe.
The universe is so powerful and so are you. Never less, yet possibly more. Your purpose is very significant and you now understand.
I am perfectly attuned to my vision. I can use my imagination for positive creative purposes, I move toward my vision with clarity and purpose. These are the affirmations of the third eye chakras. You recognize this vision and embrace it. Just as there are multitude of stars in the sky you take notice of a significant one. Your vision is similar.

There are many possibilities but only one that belongs to you. It is becoming stronger and stronger and your understanding is becoming clearer and clearer.
It feels so right and you are feeling assured.
We don‘t have to see the vision completed, we just need to know it‘s progressing . That‘s part of the vision. If it was perfected it wouldn‘t be a vision it would be a reality. Visions are powerful; they are moving and transforming . They grow and expand and eventually become refined. It is a wonderful place to have a vision. You learn about yourself and explore the possibilities; possibilities in taking chances, to become adventurous. Through visions you learn who you are, your likes and dislikes. Your vision transforms you and you can transform into your vision. It is all powerful and significant, like the omniscient sky above you and the solid ground beneath you . Your vision is who you are. It’s real and very wonderful. You are very wonderful. It’s just the way it is. The earth is good, embrace it.

Why Wall with Wall Yoga ?

Have you ever noticed all exercise invovles being upright. Even in Yoga the majority of the asanas are concentrated in bearing your weight in an upright position.

With my unique method we shift the Yogi from an upright position to upside down position by using the Wall.

Gravity resistance is what builds strong bones. Therefor when you are upside down you are bearing your body weight into your shoulders, spine and arms.
Watch your body become leaner, stronger and healthier.
